“I’ve always loved the idea of playing rugby and after some encouragement to come down to a training session by a few friends, I sucked it up and went, I haven’t looked back once. I wish I’d done it sooner!

The whole team, be it players, families, friends, supporters, kids or coaches are all so welcoming, kind and friendly. Both the girls and our coaches have been so patient while teaching me skills, rules of the game and hitting me with little nuggets of wisdom as we go. I learn something new in every match or training session, and leave feeling energised, empowered and exhausted ????

I feel fitter physically and stronger mentally than I have in years and absolutely cannot wait to get back on the pitch, into a scrum and take my place in such an awesome team.
