At Crowthorne RFC, our mission is to provide an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the game, regardless of age, gender, experience or ability. In 2025, we proudly launched our junior section, the Hatchlings, introducing children from Reception through to Year 4 to rugby in a fun, safe and engaging environment that focuses on teamwork, confidence and enjoyment. As players progress, they can continue their rugby journey with our senior teams—the Crows (Men’s) and the Thorns (Women’s)—who train throughout the week and compete at weekends. Whatever your age or experience, there’s a place for you in the Crowthorne RFC family.

We’re also proud to work alongside FutureGen Sport (www.futuregensport.com), whose innovative coaching, player development and community programmes help support the growth of rugby at every level. Through this partnership, we’re committed to creating more opportunities for players, coaches and volunteers to develop their skills and enjoy everything the game has to offer.

Our club is built on the RFU core values of rugby—teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship. On and off the pitch, we believe the best part of the game is bringing people together, whether that’s sharing food and drinks after a hard-fought match or celebrating another successful season with friends.

Nestled among the beautiful surroundings of Crowthorne, our clubhouse and pitches provide a fantastic setting for rugby. We simply ask that all visitors help us care for our facilities, respect our neighbours and preserve the wonderful environment we are fortunate to call home.
