On a lovely Autumnal September afternoon competitive rugby returned to Crowthorne with Didcot RFC providing the opposition. After some stout defence Didcot broke the deadlock half way through the first half whilst also forcing a yellow card on the Crows for persistent infringements. Unable to retain any possession or territory through the first half Crowthorne were unable impose their game plan and went into the break 0-15 down. Continued I’ll discipline cost the Crows again in the 2nd half with two players spending time on the touch line.
